My husband and I just got back from Christmas dinner here. It was a sad Christmas for us as we lost our 29 year old son on August 29th. But, we wanted to say the buffet was excellent and worth every penny. I was upset and our server Raphael was right there to give me a hug and console me. He is an excellent server and started to tell us stories that made us laugh. We were touched and thankful. So, please, if you go to Harpoon Harry's, ask for Raphael. He is one of a kind and the food was excellent. We highly recommend the service and food. The beach view is a complete bonus. Thank you, Janet B.

Good drinks, staff were friendly and attentive. Food was ok. Again, right on the beach so atmosphere was great!

We decided to head here because it was close to our hotel, and we went a bit later at night. The atmosphere here was a little bit dull, but I'm blaming that on the fact that we ate rather late. Our server was very kind, helping with very honest menu recommendations - some of his favorites and some he was not fond of. I ultimately landed on the grouper sandwich, which was actually quite delicious. One of the unexpected downsides here is that the food seems to be a tad bit overpriced compared to some other options, and they also add an automatic 5% 'Tourist Destination Fee' to your check. Other than that, it was a solid dinner and the proximity to the hotel was nice.

We decided to go eat here because it was next to our hotel and we saw some good reviews online. We were quickly seated and had a great table with a direct view of the beach. The food was average. Nothing to write home about. I got the shrimp quesadilla and left satisfied and full. Service was exceptional and quick. Would come back but probably try something different next time

This is going to be one of those reviews for the books. I'm not sure if it was just tonight or just my taste buds but damn. Ordered the grouper sandwich grilled, changed my mind to blackened as I've never had it prepared that way. Bartender already put the order in and they've started to cook the order, he has them adapt and overcome. I get this sandwich, might very well be the best sandwich I've ever had... Def better than anything I've ever had in this town. All I had was a water and somehow I'm guessing that lemon fell right out the tree into my glass, unreal lemon flavor, booooooom... I'm so confused with my taste buds right now. Def be back again!!!

With many basic beach restaurants with mediocre ratings from which to choose in PCB, this one surprised me in a good way. I have experienced a few different beach restaurants in PCB, and usually they are overpriced for the quality of food and service provided, but here they did pretty good! Of course the views are beautiful as this location sits right on the beach, and seeing as it is on the beach, it is obviously a very casual place. Our server did a pretty good job for a young man. He wasn't as attentive as he should have been, especially seeing as he didn't seem too busy, but he did alright. Every employee we conversed with was kind, which is still refreshing these days. All of the food we had was enjoyable. Starting with the cheesy seafood dip, which sounds a bit odd, but actually quite flavorful and creamy. Even my husband enjoyed it, and he isn't a fan of shrimp or scallops! He ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken which was fine, tasted like any other we've had, but not bad. My Grouper Filet which I "made Imperial" was fantastic. The grouper was cooked just right, came out hot, and the snow crab beurre blanc really set it over the top! Not to mention the mac and cheese was quite perfect and fun with the big noodles which I believe were Vesuvio pasta! Both additions were worth the extra price and did indeed make me feel fit to rule as the queen I pretend to be. I would go back to Harry's, but not until I tried all the other similar spots first.

I was very impressed by this restaurant from the moment that I walked in. From the staff just to the whole ambiance of the place, it was great. I will definitely be coming back here The views are STUNNING, when you make your reservation try to make one for a window table, so you can have an unstructured view of the beautiful beach and water. They had many different food options to choose from. Lots of drink options as well. I got the cheese sticks, because those are my favorite appetizers and I get them everywhere we go. My husband got the Jumbo Seafood platter, he did say everything was good, but at the same time he also said that it was just a lot of fried food. Other than that, this restaurant is definitely one of my favorites in Panama City.

We were a little disappointed when we started to order our food. One of the items, Cod, my wife's favorite type of fish, was available on their online menu. That's why we went to Harpoon Harry's. But when we started to order, it was not available. Also, there was a drink she thought looked good, online. We were on our way to someplace else for dinner until she saw the cod and drink she wanted. She was upset that the options were in fact not available. After all, we were on our way to one of our favorites, and then changed at the last minute. Anyway, I had the Shrimp Trio and it was probably the best shrimp I've ever had. My wife had the grilled shrimp and she was pretty happy with it. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Even though she had to be the one to hear how disappointed we were, she was very nice. The atmosphere was very relaxed, probably because there were not many people in there, we are in between seasons. A very nice place to eat and a little pricey, but very good food.
